1.Legal counsel and non-litigation projects:

Since 2010, we have provided daily legal counsel/legal services for dozens of well-known enterprises, Fortune 500, and state-owned enterprises, and have been deeply recognized by clients.

Conducted labor and personnel compliance reviews for dozens of well-known enterprises and Fortune 500, and constructed a complete HR compliance system.

Representative Cases:

  • Reviewed and improved more than thirty various agreements/notices/regulations including labor contracts, offer letters, service agreements, non-competition agreements, termination notices, employee handbooks, etc. for an asset company over a period of several months;

2. Lecture and training
