Recently, Landing served as the legal advisor for Chơi Xì dáchssuer and facilitated the successful issuance of the 2024 corporate financial bonds (first issue) by Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. ("Bocom Financial Leasing") in the national inter-bank bond market. Chơi Xì dáchssuance raised a total of 3 billion yuan, with the bonds maturing over a three-year period.

Established in December 2007 with a registered capital of 20 billion yuan, Bocom Financial Leasing is one of Chơi Xì dáchnaugural bank-affiliated financial leasing companies sanctioned by the State Council and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Communications. Since its foundation, it has been at the forefront of the financial leasing sector within the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, accomplishing numerous firsts including the region's initial aircraft financing and operating leases, first ship operating lease, first aircraft asset transfer, and the first international loan by a non-banking financial institution. Looking ahead, Bocom Financial Leasing is committed to fulfilling its role as a state-owned financial entity by adhering to the "Three New, One High" standards, robustly supporting the real economy, and harnessing its inherent leasing capabilities. It aims to service critical sectors such as aviation, maritime, transport infrastructure, energy, consumer life essentials, and equipment manufacturing, thereby facilitating China's new development paradigm focused on a domestic cycle supported by a dual circulation strategy.

In this project, Senior Partner Tang Xiang and Zhou Wenjia, along with team members Gong Lingxia and Wu Xiaowen, served as the legal counsel for Chơi Xì dáchssuer. Their services encompassed conducting comprehensive domestic due diligence on Chơi Xì dáchssuer, offering legal opinions and recommendations concerning the proposed bond issuance under Chinese law, reviewing all relevant legal documents, advising on necessary permits, regulatory approvals, and other authorizations for Chơi Xì dáchssuance documents, and delivering a formal legal opinion under Chinese law to Chơi Xì dáchssuer.
