The team previously won the Cup for outstanding operational performance and customer satisfaction in 3Q10, 2Q16, 1Q22 and now, 2Q24.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team strives on priority number one \u2013 Safety, said DAY Envoy General Manager,\u00a0<strong>Carl Thiele Jr<\/strong>. \u201cIn addition, everyone from our Supervisors and Lead Agents to frontline employees focus on time management and following proper procedures to ensure customers have a great experience when traveling through DAY.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What is their key to success?\u00a0 \u201cEndurance and teamwork,\u201d, according to Carl. \u201cDAY is a Maintenance and Crew base for two of American\u2019s other regional carriers.
