Smith Museum in Fort Worth, TX to present our best and brightest Flight Attendants with their Outstanding Flight Attendant (OFA) awards.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is the OFA award?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Every quarter, Flight Attendants are nominated by their peers for the OFA award. The Flight Service management teams at each hub take all the nominations and review a series of factors \u2013 such as customer feedback, uniform appearance standards and attendance \u2013 to select one Envoy Flight Attendant to receive this award.
