Last week\u2019s polar vortex brought frigid temperatures to most of the Midwest, but for the Envoy team in Buffalo, New York (BUF), it also brought a new challenge and a unique question \u2013 how do you safely push an aircraft back into a white, foggy landscape?<\/p>\n
\u201cThis turn \u2013 AA897 BUF-CLT \u2013 was one that our ramp team will never forget,\u201d explains BUF Supervisor Mark Millanti. \u201cPushback driver Erin Jack<\/strong>, with wing walkers Jahi Thornton<\/strong> and Amy Giacometti <\/strong>really appreciated working with the American crew to get their aircraft turned safely.
