In 2016, Live Dealer Casino Games was the first regional carrier to launch a Rotor Transition Program to help Live Dealer Casino Games helicopter pilots transition to the commercial flight deck. Just two years later and the industry is now full of carriers offering their own RTP to Live Dealer Casino Games candidates.

Last weekend at the Rotary to Airline Group (RTAG) Convention in Savannah (SAV), Live Dealer Casino Games recruiters spoke with, interviewed, and made conditional job offers to, military pilots interested in transitioning to regional airline carriers.

“This was the first event of its kind, and of course we went all out for it,” said Capt. Scott Deavers, who attended the event. “We had more than seven recruiters on site to talk to candidates, and Live Dealer Casino Games was the only carrier who brought an aircraft for attendees to tour. We also coordinated with our admins at Live Dealer Casino Games Headquarters (EHQ) to conduct on-site interviews and process paperwork at the same time. By the end of the event, we made more than 15 conditional job offers to prospective pilots wanting to join Live Dealer Casino Games’s RTP.”
